Keep a saved copy on your device and sync changes through iCloud when a connection is available.
Choose an emoji avatar or a profile photo. Make the board feel like your family with colorful sticky notes.
Start with the tips here, or send a message. Include your device, Circle Post version, and what happened. Please leave out passwords, private invitations, and sensitive family details.
steven@trakautomations.comOpen Circle Post, enter your display name, then tap your profile picture. Choose Invite family / manage sharing and invite each person using Apple's sharing controls. Everyone needs Circle Post and their own Apple Account signed in to iCloud.
Open the owner's iCloud invitation on a device with Circle Post installed, signed in with the Apple Account that was invited. You can also tap your profile picture โ Join a circle with an invitation, paste the link, check the circle, and confirm. A forwarded link does not give an uninvited account access.
Check that iCloud is signed in and available, then open Circle Post on both devices. Tap your profile picture โ Sync now to check the status. Keep the app open while pending changes upload. Offline changes wait safely on the device; Apple's background delivery can take time. Make sure both people have selected the same invited circle.
Tap your profile picture, then Edit name, avatar, or photo. Choose an emoji, initials, or a photo and save. Circle Post uses only the photo you select and makes a small profile copy.
Appointments are shared entries on your family's board, with a description, date, time, and optional location. Circle Post does not currently add them to Apple Calendar or schedule reminder notifications. Times appear in each device's current time zone.
Only the circle owner and the Apple Accounts they invite can access the shared iCloud circle. The owner can manage participants through Apple's sharing controls. Members may keep copies of information they already received. Read the privacy policy for details about storage, sharing, and removal.
